Q) What forms of payment do you accept?
A) We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Q) Can I purchase something without a credit card?
A) Not at the moment; however, we will have a "Fax Order Form" and a "Mail Order Form" available soon.
Q) What type of purchasing methods do you have?
A) We have 3 different ways in which you can purchase. The first way is through our traditional one time purchase. This is where you can order our products at our low retail cost.
The second way is through our "Discount Monthly Auto-ship Membership" This is where you can purchase our products at a DISCOUNT price by having Nutrition For Health automatically ship products to your door-step either on the 3rd or 18th of every month. *Note: There are no long-term commitments; therefore, you can cancel at any time.
The third way is through our "Life-Time Discount Member" program. To qualify, all you have to do is be on at least one of our health products on a "Monthly Bank-Draft Auto-ship". For example, let us say that you are on a "Discount Monthly Auto-ship" for one OXY-Generate ($24.95), and you want to purchase a 3-Pack Variety on a ONE-TIME basis. Instead of paying the regular price of $89.70 for your 3-Pack Variety, your "Discount Membership" price is reduced to $79.70. As long as you are on at least one monthly automatic order, you will be entitled to purchase any additional health products at a ONE-TIME "Member's" discount price

A) Safer than you think. Every credit card purchase you make at Nutrition For Health is backed by SSL Encryption.

A) You can place an order directly online by clicking the "Add To Shopping Cart" button.
Q) Do you charge for shipping and by what method?
A) Yes. Domestic orders are currently being shipped "Priority Mail" USPS at $5.95 TO $8.00 per order (depending on weight of product) to anywhere in the United States.
Q) How long will it take to receive my order?
A) Upon your purchase, your product should appear on your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days.
Q) What if my order is out of stock?
A) Oasionally, some of our items will be out of stock. If this should occur we will happily place your item on back order and ship it when it arrives. We do require pre-payment for all backordered items. If the item you order is out of stock, we will send you an e-mail within ONE business day of receiving your order. At that time you may decide whether you would like to place the item on backorder or cancel your order.
Q) What should we do if our order was shipped but did not arrive?
A) First, we suggest that you check the status of your order by clicking "Track Order". If after a maximum of 7 days your order still has not arrived, contact your Postal Station and/or your delivery person. They may have tried to deliver previously and nobody was there to sign for the order. They will try to deliver twice and then the order is held at the Post Office. If not claimed, it is returned to the Nutrition For Health. Returned orders will be credited back to your account, less the shipping charges.
Q) Can we return items?
A) We at Nutrition For Health stand 100% behind our "High Impact" products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the unused portion within 45 days for a complete refund (excluding shipping & handling costs).
Q) What should we do with damaged items?
A) Orders received by the customer, damaged in any way, should be reported at once to the delivering carrier. Then, contact us for further instructions. In general, the delivering carrier will pay you for your loss. We will reship the item(s), if instructed to do so, and that cost is your responsibility. Please contact us immediately for items that arrive undamaged by the carrier but are defective in some other way. Do NOT return such items unless you have contacted us first. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
Q) Why do you need our "exact" billing address information?
A) Fraud in today's world is a big problem; on the Net and off. We do from time to time receive Fraudulent orders! We do what we can to screen out these orders and this is only part of these procedures.
Q) What if I do not receive any order confirmation?
A) This usually means that you used an improper E-Mail address or that your AOL mailbox will not receive our mail. These orders may be cancelled or rejected as this is another factor suggesting a fraudulent order. If we can not contact the credit card holder, the order will NOT be processed.
Q) Do you sell, or otherwise release, your customer's information or E-Mail addresses?
A) Never!
Q) Do you have any referral incentives?
A) Yes indeed! Our "Affiliate" program pays you 20% on anyone you refer over to our Nutrition For Health Web Store. Simply click the "Affiliate" link and complete the short form. Then, all you have to do is paste our BANNER or TEXT LINK to your already existing Web Site. These BANNER?S or TEXT LINKS have your personal identification attached to them so that you get full credit when your prospect orders from our Web Store.
